"I had been looking for a dance studio in the Mira Mesa area that offered a variety of classes.  I was tired of going to the gym and "forcing" my workouts, and the only dance studios I could find were located further that I was willing to drive.  When I saw that Dance & Co. was opening right by my work I was ecstatic and couldn't wait to sign up. The instructors are amazing...each with their own personality and dance style.  And the variety of classes and times leaves something for everyone. Being an adult in her early-30s, I feel comfortable dancing with the advanced girls (even though they are half my age).  The instructors are only concerned about my growth in dance, not my age.  And I love take classes that complement my dancing, like Pilates and Cardio.

This studio is also a great place for adults too.... whether you are looking to get in better shape through some of their many fitness classes or if you are looking for a place where you can study dance as an adult.  No one is too old to come here and learn and feel like part of the family.   It's a fun environment that makes for a great social and creative outlet for adults as well as children.
The owners and teaching staff are very knowledgable and helpful and will always help you and your child find the right classes to get the most benefit.
